Join the Climb

We would like to invite you to consider participating in this very exciting and rewarding experience. This is a non-technical climb (no ropes or picks required) but it does require a certain level of fitness. This nine-day climb will raise money for the orphanage and provide an unforgettable once in a lifetime experience for the climbers. We are utilizing the services of the top trekking outfit on the mountain, Tusker Trail, to lead us on this amazing journey.

Each climber is responsible for the cost of his own climb plus roundtrip airfare to Kilimanjaro, Tanzania (consider it an investment in the most amazing vacation of your life!). Each climber is required to raise a minimum of $10,000 in donations benefiting the Treasures of Africa Children's Home. This can be raised by soliciting private or corporate donations or a combination of both. Contact us for fund raising ideas.

Please check out our Treasures of Africa website to see the beautiful children you will be helping at the TOA Children's Home. At the end of the climb you will visit the orphanage and get a chance to meet the children in person. They will capture your heart and you will know that all your efforts will have been worthwhile!

How to Sign Up

  1. Fill out and print the Trip Application Form.
  2. Mail the Trip Application Form with a $500 Trip Application Fee by check directly to Tusker Trail (mailing address is located on the application form) to hold your spot in this climb. We are limited to a team of 26 climbers. If you wish to pay by credit card you must fill out and print a Credit Card Application Form here, in addition to Trip Application Form.
